Which part of a complicated model requires the most planning: small details, roofs or keeping the structure square?

Share a model-specific tip and a photo if possible. Explain the assembly order you found helpful rather than assuming every model works the same way.

Always do a prefit before gluing to make sure you have things folded both the correct direction and with a sharp enough fold so that it doesn't bow out. Also make sure your items are square when you glue them down.
